This depends on whether it is an International or a Domestic order. All orders within the U.S. are considered domestic orders and they are shipped and delivered within 7 business days (standard shipping). International orders ship within 7-12 business days.

Once the hair has been opened, worn, installed, manipulated, or altered in any way, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
