This depends on whether it is an International or a Domestic order. All orders within the U.S. are considered domestic orders and they are shipped and delivered within 7 business days (standard shipping). International orders ship within 7-12 business days.
We accept all major payment types (PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), but feel free to check our payments section other payment options.
We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. You may also log in to your account and view tracking at anytime. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business days, please contact us at 407-990-7599.
When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information, but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information in the notes (please detail it is a gift for someone else). We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.

If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and before the hair has been opened, installed, washed, colored, cut, chemically processed, or otherwise altered.
Once the hair has been opened, worn, installed, manipulated, or altered in any way, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
